If you have a view property and want to cancel due to bad weather, or need to cancel for any reason, please cancel or re schedule 24 hours prior to shoot time.

Photos and Matterport tours will be delivered by 9:00 PM the following day.

Please allow up to five days for final video content delivery.

All images and copyright are the intellectual property of Clinton Ward.

The client is granted a non-exclusive right to use the images and media for the purpose of marketing the property. This non-exclusive license ends when the property is sold, listed again, taken off the market, or after one year from the original shoot.

Please declutter, remove pet beds and toys, hide trash cans, turn on all the lights and replace burnt out bulbs, open all window shades, and clear the front of the fridge for best results. Don't forget to hide the garden hoses, extra vehicles, and outside trash cans for excellent drone shots too!

Most shoots will be completed within two hours but large packages could take up to four hours to complete.
